Application

A palletizing robot combines mechanical structure with computer control to raise production efficiency on modern lines. It is widely used in tableware disinfection, food, building materials, beverage, automotive and automated logistics industries, and supports standardised, unmanned and intelligent production.

Features

  1. 1Flexible gripping orientation; three cartons can be handled simultaneously for lifting, conveying and placing.
  2. 2Reduced mechanical structure lowers the equipment failure rate and keeps maintenance straightforward.
  3. 3Higher handling and palletizing efficiency removes a large amount of manual labour and lowers labour cost.
  4. 4Coordinate-style installation keeps the footprint flexible and uses floor space effectively.
  5. 5Energy consumption is about one fifth of an equivalent mechanical palletizer, reducing running cost.
  6. 6Strong adaptability: parameters are set digitally when product dimensions change.
  7. 7Suitable for a variety of working environments with high safety and continuous stable operation.
