What Our Engineers Work On
Four technical directions drive the current machine platform: motion control, sealing, film handling and changeover flexibility.
Bus Servo Motion Control
Shrink and reciprocating machines run on bus servo control with independent knife, material and film systems, so each axis can be tuned separately for speed and sealing accuracy.
Electrostatic Longitudinal Sealing
Electrostatic longitudinal sealing keeps film feeding accurate and reduces the mechanical sealing structure, which lowers wear points and simplifies daily maintenance.
Set-and-Cut Film Tracking
Bag length is set and cut with no idle film run. Depending on material and product size, electrostatic sealing typically saves around 10%-15% of film.
Adjustable Bag Former
The adjustable bag former covered by invention patent ZL201510632209.4 lets one machine handle a wider range of bag sizes, and entered series production in 2017.
